FIGS is a mission-driven company dedicated to outfitting healthcare professionals so they can feel and perform at their best 24/7. I joined in March 2022 to lead the 0→1 development of their first-ever native iOS app, working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and executive leadership to achieve launch in 7 months.

My Role

  • Led end-to-end execution and strategic go-to-market for launch
  • Built alignment on scope and delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Introduced delivery processes to mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment

I joined to lead strategic direction for their mobile apps (iOS/Android), TV apps, voice apps, and conference event apps, helping the team identify which big bets to pursue and deliver unique value to global customers.

  • Unified fragmented mobile, TV, voice, and event surfaces into a cohesive global product

My Role
