Led 0→1 development of FIGS' first native iOS app, reaching 1M+ downloads and capturing 11% of total revenue within 7 months of launch.

The Opportunity
FIGS is a mission-driven company dedicated to outfitting healthcare professionals so they can feel and perform at their best 24/7. I joined in March 2022 to lead the 0→1 development of their first-ever native iOS app, working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and executive leadership to achieve launch in 7 months.

Owned product strategy across TED's multi-platform ecosystem including mobile, connected TV, voice, and live events, serving tens of millions of users globally.
The Opportunity
TED Talks reaches millions of users worldwide with the mission of spreading ideas far and wide. I joined to lead strategic direction for their mobile apps (iOS/Android), TV apps, voice apps, and conference event apps, helping the team identify which big bets to pursue and deliver unique value to global customers.

Accelerated early-stage startups by testing, validating, and launching ideas, turning an NPS of -95 to +45 for an EdTech product in under a month.

Founders Factory is a corporate-backed accelerator and incubator with the goal of building and scaling 200+ companies within 5 years — through an accelerator program for early-stage businesses and an incubator working with corporate backers to identify innovation opportunities.

04 — Luxury E-Commerce
Managed a portfolio of luxury iOS and Android apps across three brands including creating and launching the social commerce app "The NET SET."

NET-A-PORTER is a household name in luxury e-commerce. I managed a portfolio of iOS and Android apps for NET-A-PORTER, The OutNet, and Mr Porter — including creation of the digital magazine "Porter" and a social commerce app called "The NET SET," built from zero to one.
